In an interview, Fernando Alonso, General Director of MAF Capital, spoke about real estate growth in Mexico.


The consulting group initiative manages funds to build investments with an interest in sustainable projects with a social component and a high degree of governance.


He announced the launch of an investment platform in Texas, where it will be democratized to make it accessible to the investing public, for which investments are taken to Crowdfunding, education projects and other projects in Latin America. In the United States, Texas stands out as being targeted by what the average investor seeks to diversify funds for the acceptable risk profile.


The migration that generates a shortage of housing in the state, so it is seen as an area of ​​opportunity for the generation of new jobs for the force of 14 million people, in the industrial part there are opportunities in Texas for being a friendly state for logistics issue.


Opportunities are seen to transfer investments to other latitudes but focusing on the United States where the bulk of the operations are located and within Mexico, operations have already been carried out in CDMX for several years with vertical housing with good results and developing other locations with potential in the southeast of the Republic.
